Run it in this order. Everything below is live — the only simulated
pieces are labeled on the page where they appear.
1See what a host sees.
One verdict, then the document record with
its verification level on every row — Brazos
Smoke Co. → Then its window
placard → — notice the print version refuses to assert a verdict: paper can't
re-verify, so status lives behind the QR.
2The roster tells the whole story.
Demo Food
Park → green, amber, red ("Not cleared"), and a grey invite-pending row —
every state a host will ever see, each scored against the park's own requirement list.
3Search the whole state.
In the roster's search box, try
munchies — it searches ClearToVend, then falls through to the
Texas Comptroller's own records, so any permitted business in the state can be
found and invited. The invite link pre-fills their signup and auto-joins them to the
roster when they finish.
4Create a vendor — yourself.
/join →
your 11-digit TX taxpayer number + "Verify with the state" = a live check against the
Comptroller's records, landing on your badge as verified at source with the
dataset's honest as-of date.
5Work your dashboard.
Upload a permit photo — it's hashed as
evidence, read by the model, and shown back for your confirmation before anything
touches your badge. Add staff handler cards, watch the attention queue react, print your
placard, then "Join the Demo Food Park roster."
6Hosted registration + the scorecard.
/apply/demo-park →
every venue gets this page instead of a Jotform. Apply with a badge slug (try
rusty-wagon-bbq, then prairie-pickles) —
the scorecard tells a red vendor the truth and a green one "nothing to send."
7Close the package loop.
Request an event package from the roster,
approve it on the vendor dashboard, open it: parties & dates, state-verified legal name,
print/save-as-PDF, a QR back to the living badge, and the line that sells it —
"this package is live, not a PDF."
8Be your own host.
/host →
your venue, your requirement checklist, your own registration page with its QR — and
settings you can change anytime, re-scoring every vendor instantly.
Vendors find you in /venues →
Honest edges of the demo:
COIs show as insurer-pending (source-delivery is v1) · seeded vendors auto-approve
requests (labeled where it happens) · magic-link auth is live — badges and venues
start open-by-link and LOCK once their email owner signs in one time (unclaimed records
show the sign-in link on screen; claimed ones require real email delivery, which lights up
when the mail key is set) · invite emails are copy-paste links
(auto-send lights up with the same mail key) · cross-region storage consistency can lag ~a minute after a write.
