What we store
Your business name, city,
and business email · identifiers you provide (sales-tax number, license numbers) and the
results of checking them against public state records · documents you upload (hashed and
stored as evidence) · staff initials and card expiration dates — initials only, never
names or personal details.
Get your data removed
Email us from your business
address with your badge link and "delete my account." We remove your record, your uploaded
documents, and your roster entries — typically within a few business days, and we confirm
when it's done.
Formal terms of service and a
full privacy policy are with counsel and will be published before the pilot season ends.
Until then this page is the plain-language version, and we hold ourselves to it.
