The paperwork chase ends with one link

One live page per vendor that proves they're cleared to operate — verified against the source and re-checked daily. Vendors stop re-sending PDFs. Hosts stop chasing them.

Live from the state's records
16,862 permitted mobile-food vendors in Texas right now, per the Comptroller's own data — fetched as this page loaded. Every ClearToVend verifies against that source, not against a PDF.
How it works
1Vendor gets a badge. Identifiers in, verified at the source while they watch; documents parsed and confirmed, never trusted blind.
2Venue sets requirements once. Every vendor scores against that list — green, amber, or not cleared.
3Every check becomes a link. Rosters, event packages, window placards — re-verified on every open.
I'm a vendor

Food truck, market vendor, fair vendor. Get your badge in about 3 minutes — your sales-tax permit verifies against the state's records while you watch.

I host vendors

Park, brewery, market, fair, event. Set your requirements once — every vendor shows as one verdict, and event packages assemble in a click.

The 5-minute demo tour → Both sides, in order, with the live state-records verification in the middle.
Built on the sources, not the PDFs
Verified at source. Texas sales-tax permits are checked against the Comptroller's own records; food-truck licenses against the new statewide DSHS registry as it comes online.
Nothing to fake, little to upload. Insurance comes from the insurer, not from a PDF. What must be uploaded gets parsed, confirmed, and hash-logged as evidence.
We never claim more than we checked. Every document wears its verification level: Verified at source Source-issued Issuer-confirmed On file — and a printed placard won't even assert a verdict, because paper can't re-verify.
